I have collected various hip pouches and bags throughout the last couple years and this one has been the most practical by far. This Austin, Texas made pouch, straps onto a belt, can hold a U-lock, and has 3 different compartments for all your organizational desires. It is fairly flat & isn’t as bulky as some other fanny-pack inspired designs. The Dime Bag is versatile, I personally have been using it as a tool/tube bag that I can throw in my backpack or strap onto my belt if I need to rush out the door. The quality is on par with a Re-Load or Freight bags. I am very happy with it and suggest you pick one up (only $40)

Thanks Zach!

Working on getting orders filled and get some new stuff designed. I’ve got several new things to add to the catalog, so watch for that in the next week or 2.

I’ve run Goldsprints at a couple of events in town, and that’s always fun. Contact me through the site or Facebook or call me if you have my number about setting up Goldsprints at your party or event.

Watch for the incredible first issue of The Dropout including an interview with yours truly! They’re throwing a launch party at Fast Folks on Nov. 1. Be there or be forever regretful.

That’s really all I have for now. Lame, I know. Gotta get back to those orders.

He’s also got a great team of guys there to help out and make The Peddler a cornerstone of the community. Plus they have a console Ms. Pacman. They invited me to run some goldsprints and that was a lot of fun. Had a couple father vs. son races and plenty of the usual grudge matches.

But now the weekend is over and it’s back to work! Look for pants on the site real soon, and we’ve got a couple new products in the works. It’s gonna be a busy month or so at the shop!

I currently have indigo denim, but I should have some black denim in a week or so. Contact me to schedule a time to come by for measurements and discuss the details of your new custom made pants!

Gold sprints for the last Fab Friday was a lot of fun. Pretty much just a bunch of friends hanging out, racing, drinking beer and getting pumped to DragonForce. If you’ve got a party, race, benefit, whatever that you’d like to have GoldSprints at, contact me for details.

While the 42 Below Goldsprint series is over, the setup is now mine. I’m already talking to a couple of bars about doing a monthly race and I’m going to be available for events and parties. If you’re interested in doing goldsprints at your party, after party and/or event, you can contact me via email or just call me if you have my number. Also, with my new projector and projector screen, I’m going to start doing bike-in movies again. I’m thinking I’ll start with Six-String Samurai. It’s a fun little movie set in a post-apocalyptic world where rock and roll rules and Vegas needs a new king. Keep your eyes here or on atxbs.com for news.

I’ve had a couple of questions about ordering bags. Of course you can order the bags directly on the site, but you can also email/call me about getting a custom bag. There’s even some features and colors that I don’t have listed on the site yet. If you’re interested or have questions, drop me a line and let’s get started on your new bag!

I think, after much sleep and fluids, I’m recovered from BFF. We had a blast at the all-day event Saturday watching the crazy mad skills of all the riders. We launched our line of messenger bags in Austin making us the sole manufacturer of messenger bags in ATX. The response to the new line was great and we’re ready for the orders to start rolling in. It was a lot of fun showing off the new deluxe messenger bag. People kinda freaked out. I mean, the thing is made out of pockets and comes apart into more pieces than bags normally do. Pictures of the deluxe bag will be posted in the next couple days.

In other news, the 42 Below Goldsprints at Scoot Inn for the after-party was absolutely NUTS! Back to back to back races for almost 3 hours and the competition was crazy. Everyone had a great time and no one threw up on the stage. If you missed the party, you really missed out. But I guess there’s always next year.

More shit comin’ at ya on the weekly. Keep checking back.

We're going to be vending for the big event on Saturday then rushing over to Scoot Inn to get setup for goldsprints at 9. Check out the Bag collection. We’re making bags of various sizes and function with the urban cyclist in mind. Sizes vary from the Nickel Bag (our smallest belt pouch) to the gigantic Que Pee (the 2600 cubic inch messenger bag) and include such bags as our Action Pack (a more traditional zippered belt pouch) and the Holster (leg pouch a la Mad Max). We’ve also added the New Skool Toob Pads which have the padding inclosed between the shell and a bandana lining. It’s pretty sweet. We’ve got a couple other products in the works that will be up on the site real soon.
